Fastfoodfinder is the payment provider used by Andromeda Services Ltd on behalf of restaurants who are using the Andromeda Online Ordering platform.

All online card payments are processed on behalf of the restaurant by Andromeda acting as the agent and will show as “Fastfoodfinder.co.uk” on your statement.

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction.

Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a full payment against the value of the goods you wish to purchase.

Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email, SMS or notification on the website, the monies paid shall be used for the value of goods you have purchased as listed.

Having ordered from your chosen restaurant, you may receive promotional emails sent by Andromeda on behalf of the restaurant using a fastfoodfinder.co.uk email address. If at any time you wish to stop these emails, please unsubscribe from the mailing list on the bottom of the email you receive.

Once the order has been confirmed and payment taken from your account, you will be unable to cancel your order and will not be eligible for a refund unless The Restaurant is unable to fulfil the order, in which case you will receive an automatic refund.

If you are unhappy with the quality of any goods or the service provided by the restaurant and wish to seek any form of compensation, you should contact the restaurant directly to raise your complaint and where appropriate, follow the the restaurants own complaint procedures.

If you have ordered and paid for your food, please contact the restaurant for an update on your order.

The Restaurant is unable to fulfil the order, you will receive an automatic refund.
